Tiffany Hertel

Tiffany started answering phones at her Dad’s company when she was only 9 years old. Since then, she has graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Political Science as well as Mass Communication. Tiffany has also worked for several start-up businesses, the last of which sold to a Fortune 500 Company. With this entrepreneurial spirit, Tiffany serves as the Presuit Manager, Marketing, and HR Director for Hertel Legal. Ron and Tiffany are the proud parents of Riley, Dylan, Cameron, Hope, and a rescue lab named Koko. Tiffany loves to travel and hopes to return to Asia again soon.

Vanessa Brown

Vanessa S. Brown is a Miami, Florida native, who earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Paralegal Studies in 1995 from Georgia State University. Vanessa has worked in law firms since the age of 17 and has a wide variety of legal experience as both a legal assistant and paralegal in various and distinct areas of law. Vanessa currently functions as the Firm’s Paralegal/Office Manager and is a proud mother of two kids, Ethan and Jackie. She has been with the Firm since its inception.

Rhonda Smith

Rhonda originally hails from the great state of Michigan. She grew up in a small town in the Upper Peninsula and then moved to the Lower Peninsula as an adult. She started her legal career working for a law firm in the metro Detroit area where she also started her family. She was a member of a hiking club and euchre card club while in Michigan. In 2003, Rhonda moved her family to Florida where she volunteered for her daughters’ activities and sports as well as volunteering for the United Way’s food drives. Rhonda brings her almost two decades of legal experience and her love for the ocean to Hertel Legal. In addition to Florida’s beautiful beaches, Rhonda enjoys movies, tennis, and time with family & friends.
